I am 22, and weigh 9 1/2 stone. I want to lose another half stone to get down to 9 st. I am going to start tomorrow and use this rough guide a a food plan. I am slim looking, but having a bit of fat round my stomach, am I stupid for wanting to lose half a stone to get rid of the fat around my stomach? I know when to stop, and Im not too skinny(you cant see my ribs) is the recipe okay?Pancakes
* 1 cup rolled oats
* 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
* 8 egg whites
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1. Blend ingredients in food processor.
2. Pour onto heated pan by the 1/4 Cup, cooking 2-3 minutes per side
MID MORNING SNACK
Low Fat yogurt or Boiled egg
DINNER
Salad with tuna or salmon, cottage cheese, lettuce, cucumber, spinach etc.
Egg or tuna sandwich with lettuce.
MID AFTERNOON SNACK
Low fat crisps (walkers Lites) or Boiled egg
TEA
Chicken or fish with lots of veg!!

for best results reduce your carbohydrate intake, ie no breadds, rice etc if you must eat bread try and limit the amount 2 slices or so is fine
also i would recomend taking away the oats there high in cals and v high in carbs. also kick the crisps outta there, they maybe low fat but still full of garbage
also try and drink more water
Stop being silly, you sound fine, just eat a sensible diet, exercise regularly and nature will do the rest

dont try to eat less becuse then you will just put it back on later…
Exercise more, do runs, play a new sport, thats the way, because then you wont have to miss out on eatin g all the foods you enjoy..
also eat a big lunch and breakfast, but a small dinner because you tend you use your energy during the day rater than at night

personally i think if it’s just your tummy then you may just need to do sit ups etc to tone up! it depends on your height but losing too much weight may make you look and feel unhealthy without realising it! the food plan doesn’t look too bad though, it looks like you’re getting a healthy mix which is the best way!

Girl, unless you are a midget, at 9.5 stones you should look perfect, don’t go all skin and bones, keep some meat on that booty, trust me men prefer it
