im going to respond to you all, if you watch the video it shows you, you will end up with less bait, you use the offcuts that you did get and catch more again, cut them, catch more, cut and so on, untill you have full bait, then drop offcuts

However, a faster method has been developed as result of an update that has occurred since this video was created. Bring loads of bait, 1 for each fish you plan to catch. Once you catch one fish, drop it, and fish again. This method requires absolute attention, but can gain 65k experience an hour in Fishing and approximately 6k in Strength and Agility.
