I need help with editing my text about canadian painter Tom Thomson. It needs to be separated in paragraphs and please do other editing to help the flow of the text? here it is:

Tom Thomson

Introduction
Many say me art was just a waste of time, that I should get a well-paying job to support myself. “Look Tom you’re living in a shack” they would say. It was what I wanted to do, it was my passion, the last thing I wanted to do was sit in an office and talk on the phone all day just to make money. I’d rather do something I loved and that I would enjoy for the rest of my life, which I did but unfortunately it all came to an end when I was 39 years old.

I was born Thomas John Thomson on August 4th 1877 in Claremont, Ontario, and I grew up near Owen Sound, Ontario. In 1899 I had an apprenticeship at a machineshop, but I was fired because of tardiness. In the later months of 1899 I volunteered to fight in the second Boer War, and in 1901 I enrolled in a business college in Chatham. Shortly after (8 months to be exact) I dropped out to follow my brother who was operating a business school in Seattle. In 1904 I returned to Canada and studied with William Cruikshank from 1905-1906. A year later I joined Grip Ltd. An artistic design firm in Toronto where many of the future members of the Group Of Seven worked. I became a member of “The Ontario Society Of Artists” in 1914. I then began living in a utility shack on Canoe Lake where I volunteered as a fire fighter, ranger, and guide. I quit shortly after when there wasn’t enough time for painting. I spent my years painting and sketching on Canoe Lake in Algonquin Park and in 1917 that came to a tragic end. I disappeared during a canoe trip on July 8, 1917 and 8 days later my body was found in the lake. My official cause of death was “accidental drowning” but many people believed that wasn’t the case. There was fishing line wrapped around my leg seventeen times suggesting it was put there deliberately. I also had a severe head injury but that is thought to have been post-mortem (after death). Most people think I was murdered by my German-American neighbour Martin Bletcher Jr., others say I fell on a fire grate during a drunken brawl with J. Shannon Fraser (Owner of Canoe Lodge), and others say I was in a severe stage of depression and committed suicide. Only I know the real reason and some things are better kept a mystery. I was buried half a kilometer away from Canoe Lake before my family even knew of my death. My body was later exhumed and brought back to my hometown upon my family’s request.

Art
I began painting at a young age and I was influenced by impressionism which is a style of art (visible brush strokes, open composition, emphasis on light, ordinary subject matter, and unusual visual angles.) I influenced “The Group Of Seven” and “The Canadian Group Of Painters”. The main people from the Group Of Seven that I influenced were A.Y. Jackson, Fred Varley, and Arthur Lismer. I began painting seriously when I was well into my thrities but it was always a big part of me. A few of my most recognized works of art were “The Jack Pine”, “Northern River”, and “The West Wind”. I painted those three paintings among others in a utility shack in Rosedale, my most creative artistic period was when I was living in the shack around 1915. In 1916 I returned to Algonquin Park(where I died). I was helped tremendously by Dr. James McCallum who helped me make my transition from “Graphic Designer” to “Professional Painter”. Many say my art resembles impressionists such as Vincent Van Gogh, and Paul Cezanne which is a great honour for me. Since my death I’ve been recognized even more as an artist and in 2002 The National Gallery of Canada staged a major exhibition of my work. After my death J.E.H. MacDonald and John W. Beatty made a memorial plaque where I died. The cost was paid in full by Dr. James McCallum.

Conclusion
So even though my life was very short I am still very much alive through my art. My art will always be out there, I am very happy I got to meet and influence so many talented artists and I don’t regret anything in my life. If I could give any piece of advice to anyone who cared to listen I would say “follow your dreams, if some people don’t like it who cares?” Do what you want to do if you don’t everyday you will think about what your life would’ve been like if you followed your dreams. Just do it what’ve you got to lose?
Thank you !

P.S. it’s in first person because we’re doing role playing with our painter.

First person to edit it and do a good job gets ten points !

how do you become a hunting/fishing guide?

Posted by admin on January 30th, 2010 and filed under fishing guide | 4 Comments »

what do you have to do and how much do they make

Fishing guide you will need a captains license for the state you will be working in plus MUCH experience.

To be a hunting guide you will first have to meet all the requirements to be a packer as well. ( Western States)
Then you will be known as a guide/packer.
You have to pass all kinds of test, one being the red cross first aid course, know how to pack and take care of horses, set a wall tent, etc. And someone might hire you for a fall hunt to see how you do.
Hunting guides as well as being a fishing guide are usually seasonal, unless you live where the water will not freeze.
Not a very easy life but can be very enjoyable, especially in Wy, Montana & Idaho.

Getting high poem. Rate It Please?

The Girl who walks into my life

Avoiding the broken glass from her feet

Leaving her footmarks every where she steps

Poison sprayed everywhere around me

The girl who is not new to the ex

Legs don’t fail me now

Lady gives me a stare

Sensing my body is weak

Body unfamiliar with her soul

Eyes cant blink

Blood pressure Raising Up

Her presence knocks a wave to me

A warrent begging for her arrest

Friends giving the hate

While the grim reaper is smiling about my fate

Attracted to her scent,

Seduced to take control of me

Giving me a kiss

With her sweet touch

Kissing her aggressively

Her thoughts are making unfamiliar touches

Cells are fighting till they are defeated

Takes controls of my eyes

Making me blurry and unseen

Controls my muscles. making me weak

Mouth to weak, to speak

She stopped with her last touch

Guiding to me a different universe

Turn the knob, where light is stretched by the door

The rabbit greets me and gives me a map

Trees leading me to a peaceful place

Police and Gangbangers getting along

Swimming with birds

Flying with the fishes

Lights shining on the horizon

With a green sun

Red grass shuffling on my feet

My vacation is over

Giant red guy wearing a big white cross

Driving me somewhere in order to help

Stop and staring, thinking how the world is going to end

My body is moving all in the air

White light shining on my eyes

Reaper puts his finger on my head

Not resting in peace

Cemetery has another customer

Not visting me when she is responsible

Not at least apologizing

Parents weep, making the devil happy

Tombstone has the last of me

Soul leaving to the sound of the bell

Clouds opening to me

Welcomed by the savior

I am dead……………

WOW WOW WOW that is some poem you wrote all snaps to you a 10 and I hope the person in the poem gets help before the end 10
